One challenge was coordinating various sustainability measures, such as waste reduction and environmentally friendly logistics, within a complex event. We successfully overcame this challenge through close cooperation with partners, clear communication, and flexible planning. In addition, our event is constantly evolving, which means that our commitment to sustainability must be continually reevaluated and reimagined.
