Make sure that athletes see themselves as role models: All (national) teams and athletes will only use the train/bus within the host country. This can be achieved, for example, through a voluntary commitment by all teams or athletes to a "no-fly policy" (exceptions for journeys of more than six or eight hours, for example, should be checked).
